NETSAH in Jerusalem: Our Summer Kaytanot for 459 Children Across More Than 35 Cities

🇮🇱 Yesterday, we were in Jerusalem to see what our Kaytanot (summer camps) mean this summer. 459 children, each for more than 2 weeks, across more than 35 cities. A budget of over 140,000 NIS (€40,000).

Behind these numbers lies a reality many are unaware of: these are parents who would otherwise have to stop working to look after their children over the summer. Families weakened since October 7, who would lose income, stability, an already fragile balance. Without all these camps, the whole social fabric could crack — isolated families, children left to fend for themselves, exhausted parents who already have no room to spare.

Yesterday, we saw children laughing, playing, finding a bit of carefree joy again. And behind them, parents who can keep working, keep moving forward. That is the concrete power of your support.

Thank you to each and every one of you.
