NETSAH Solidarity Trip, March 23–27, 2025
This trip has two objectives: first the North and the Golan, then Jerusalem and the South. And to finish, if you wish, an optional Shabbat in the Negev.
On March 23/24 we will sleep in the Golan at a wonderful site, Midreshet Hagolan.
Then we will be in Tel Aviv on the 25th/26th at the Brown Déborah hotel, right in the center of TLV, 100 m from the sea, which you won’t see much of…

Sunday, March 23
Arrival for most on the El Al flight at 4:40 pm, Ben Gurion. Private bus with an Israeli driver and Rafi Izbicki, our guide, waiting on arrival. Departure for the whole group from the airport.
Heading to Ramat Hagolan, 9 pm, room assignment. Meal on site
Night in the Golan
Monday, March 24
Breakfast, meeting with Shay Shoupak, a reservist officer living on the Golan plateau, visit to Mount Bental, panoramic view of Syria. Visit to the synagogue of Ein Keshatot. Lunch in the Druze village of Buq’ata with Druze Chef Nasseba

Tuesday, March 25
Departure from the Golan towards the North.
Luggage loaded on the bus.
Visit to Metula, in Israel’s “finger” 100m from Lebanon, with journalist Stephane Juffa (Metoula News Agency). Panoramic view of the Galilee and Lebanon at Mitzpe Benaya.
Visit to the underground hospital in Nahariya, meeting and lunch with French-speaking families
Visit to an orphanage supported by NETSAH in Afula.
Arrival and check-in at the Brown Déborah hotel in TLV.
Dinner at the Maganda restaurant with Olivier Rafowicz
Night in TLV
Wednesday, March 26
Departure towards Jerusalem, to the Security Barrier, with the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem.
Kotel and lunch in the Old City. Visit to the site of the « City of David »
Dinner at the Hatsot restaurant with Stéphane Amar and Jérémie Ganizate, brother of Rony who fell in combat.
Night in TLV
Thursday, March 27
Departure towards the Gaza envelope. Site of the Nova festival, car cemetery at Tkuma, shelters along the road, Kibbutz Alumim and Nahal Oz. Lunch on the way in Sderot. Meeting with a French-speaking resident of Sderot.
Return to TLV for some
